About My Clients
I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating trauma, grief, loss, and difficult life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or weighed down by past experiences. Together, we create a safe, judgment-free space to unpack challenges, process pain, and rediscover strength. My role is to meet you where you are, walk alongside you in your healing journey, and help you find your way back to yourself and your sense of wholeness.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with advanced training in child and adolescent trauma. At Heal RI, LLC, I specialize in trauma-focused therapy for children, teens, adults, and families. My team and I are fluent in treating Complex PTSD, PTSD, and life adjustment challenges. We also provide evaluation services, including trauma evaluations, sexual abuse evaluations for youth, and risk assessments. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe that healing happens in a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can feel seen, understood, and empowered to reclaim their voice and identity. Whether working with individuals or families, my goal is to help you process the past, build resilience, and move toward a future where you feel connected and whole.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves access to a safe space where their story is honored without judgment. My work is grounded in the values of compassion, justice, and empowerment. I am committed to creating an inclusive practice that affirms diverse identities, including the LGBTQ+ community and families from all walks of life. Beyond therapy, I care deeply about community well-being and breaking cycles of trauma through education, advocacy, and systemic change. I see therapy not only as a personal healing journey but also as part of a larger movement toward resilience, equity, and collective care.
