My Background and Approach
I have experience working with adults on issues related to self-esteem, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and healthy boundaries. My practice aims to provide an accepting, affirming space for LGBTQIA+, marginalized, and neurodiverse folks to feel welcome & valued. My goal is to convey my genuine belief that we are all valuable & worthy of quality care and support.

There’s just no quick, magical fix for complex issues (I promise I’ve checked!), but having the support of someone who wants to help you feel brave enough to venture into the inner realms of your heart and mind can be wildly healing.
