About My Clients
I feel honored you found my page and are considering pursuing therapy <3. I have a particular passion for supporting folks experiencing complex trauma, identity and sexuality exploration, faith transitions, and relationship complexities. I can understand that these experiences can feel a bit like a rollercoaster you never signed up to go on. I hope to ride alongside as you navigate the twists and turns.
My Background and Approach
I am a second year Master’s of Social Work student at the University of Washington. I have six years of previous experience working in a variety of mental and behavioral health settings. Most recently, I have enjoyed working as a violence response specialist for my University. Grounded in a trauma-informed, somatic, neurodivergent-affirming, and systems perspective, I believe each person authors their own story. In a therapeutic space, I see my role as a privileged guide where learning and change are cultivated through relational collaboration. Drawing from various theoretical frameworks—including ACT, narrative therapy, feminist theory, and a sprinkle of behavioral therapies—I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs.
