My Background and Approach
My relational-centered, emotion-focused approach is empathic, validating and engaging. I work collaboratively with you, so you feel safe and understood. We work together to resolve old patterns, helping you access and strengthen your own natural internal resources, to realize your full potential. Unlike more traditional talk therapies I employ cutting-edge approaches in therapy to help clients heal at the root level. My goal is to come alongside you to help you get in touch with and live from your authentic self. In my work I will accompany you through the process of regaining access to your innate resources and strengths. I provide "experiential therapy" which is more than just "talk therapy". The "talk" is important but the feelings and experiences that correlate to that talk are imperative. The key to healing is to safety to explore and process past experiences that lead to rewiring and reconditioning the brain and nervous system. I invite you to this experience.
