I have extensive training and experience helping people navigate intense emotions and events so they don't overwhelm you. Always a natural therapist and listening friend, I've devoted my life to train in and study cutting edge technologies that heal trauma on the deepest levels, release ancestral and early childhood burdens, and connect with your intrinsic power and wellbeing. I've tried it all on myself, and it's my life's work to support others on their journey to their greatest wellbeing. I'll help you discover your truth so you can live it honestly and unapologetically, and offer skills to support your clean and clear expression of yourself in all situations. You'll leave therapy understanding your nervous system and knowing how to regulate it yourself.

I believe lasting health and wholeness comes from being comfortable with all parts of yourself. I work with all kinds of people, and want you to bring all of your unique self to therapy. I understand the struggles of living through late-stage capitalism, and I will hold with compassion the complexity of the systems your were born into while also helping you find ways to live in alignment with your authentic self, in whatever context you find yourself in. Even through these times of collapse and transformation, there are deep and abundant resources to support you, in and around you. I will help you access those resources and feel your inherent belonging to this world and this time, supporting your ability to feel what you need to feel and acknowledging where it's okay and even helpful to have boundaries.
