About My Clients
My clients are individuals and couples who feel stuck—overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, relationship strain, or patterns they can’t seem to break. They are motivated for change, value insight and growth, and want practical, evidence-based tools that address root issues rather than just symptoms.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a background in trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment. My approach integrates EMDR, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and person-centered therapy to help clients understand the root causes of their struggles—not just manage symptoms. I focus on creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered to grow. When appropriate, I thoughtfully integrate Christian values at the client’s request, while remaining clinically grounded and ethically sound. My goal is to help clients build insight, resilience, and lasting change that aligns with their values and life goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person is worthy of dignity, respect, and compassionate care. I value meeting people where they are, listening without judgment, and treating each individual with genuine empathy and honor. I hold a deep commitment to loving others well—especially those who are hurting, marginalized, or in need of support—and to serving with humility and integrity. At the core of my life and work are my Christian values. My faith shapes how I understand hope, healing, responsibility, grace, and redemption. While I respect people of all backgrounds and beliefs, my Christian worldview is central to who I am and guides my commitment to truth, compassion, and ethical care. I seek to reflect Christ’s love through patience, honesty, and service, both personally and professionally.
