We are all in recovery from something. The recovery process is simply life skills and learning coping strategies and behaviors that makes an individual live a more meaningful life by living by a set of principles and learning to cope with day to day life challenges. I will work with anyone that seeks a safe space to process their thoughts and feelings.
My Background and Approach
Licensed as a therapist in both Texas and Florida; I hold a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor– Certified Clinical Supervisor (LCDC -CCS), Nationally Certified Intervention Professional (NCIP), and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) with over a decade of experience in the addiction recovery field. My extensive background includes working with individuals and families facing challenges related to substance use, as well as other issues in behavior and relationships. I have accumulated substantial experience in various recovery settings, including detox, residential, intensive outpatient, and both group and individual counseling. Additionally, my two-year tenure as a business development representative allowed me to engage with a diverse group of professionals in the mental health and behavioral health sectors.
