About My Clients
If you’re carrying grief, trauma, anxiety, or depression, you don’t have to do it alone. Your pain is real, and your story deserves care and respect. Whether you’re coping with loss, betrayal, or ongoing stress, therapy can help you process what you’ve been through and feel more grounded. You deserve support that honors your identity, your resilience, and your goals — and a space where healing feels possible and sustainable.
My Background and Approach
I take a holistic, integrative approach to mental health and wellness, recognizing that healing involves the mind, body, and nervous system. I draw from EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, somatic practices, and Motivational Interviewing to thoughtfully tailor therapy to your unique needs, values, and goals. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, we collaborate to find what truly supports your growth. Your pain is valid. Heartbreak, betrayal, grief, and loss carry real and understandable weight, and you deserve space to process them without judgment. While these experiences can feel overwhelming, they can also become catalysts for clarity, resilience, and meaningful change. If you’re looking for a therapist who will sit with you in the discomfort, honor your story, and support you as you move toward lasting healing, I’m here to walk alongside you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people can change and grow at any stage of life. There is no fixed limit to human potential. Many mental health challenges develop as protective patterns or learned responses to painful or overwhelming experiences — and what has been learned can also be unlearned. Together, we can identify the patterns that no longer serve you and intentionally build healthier, more empowering ways of coping. My work is grounded in a strong commitment to equality, equity, and the inherent value of every person. You deserve dignity, respect, and access to compassionate, high-quality care, regardless of your background or identity. I strive to create the space where you feel safe, affirmed, and truly seen.
