I’m a licensed therapist who works with high-achieving adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected beneath the surface. My style is trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and relational, which means we explore how past experiences and relationships shape your present—at a pace that feels safe. I also integrate CBT and mindfulness, always centering your unique needs. I’m especially passionate about working with BIPOC clients who may have been taught that therapy is a weakness.
