The family from which you originate heavily influences who you have grown into. As an individual from your own unique system I have found it best to offer highly individualized treatment. Together we will work together to find the right treatment to move you toward your best healing. I have received training in powerful tools such as EMDR and Brainspotting. Finding a therapist can feel overwhelming, but you’re not alone in this process. I look forward to hearing from you!
My Background and Approach
I come from a background of juvenile justice where I worked with adolescents in a residential setting. I really enjoyed the work I was privileged to do with these young people and this has impacted how I approach every new client. I help people that have survived tumultuous upbringings find ways to anchor themselves in the storm and live life with enthusiasm. Through varied experiences across multiple settings I have had the privilege of working with people of all backgrounds. Supporting you in your most vulnerable moments would be an honor and privilege. As someone that has or is currently experiencing highly stressful events you deserve a comfortable place to express yourself and experience healing with someone highly attuned and invested in you. I hope to foster a sense of safety, provide education, and empower individuals as they grow and change.
