Life can seem overwhelming at times, having to manage your family, work and social life, and the anxiety and stress that comes with it. At times it can make you feel off balance. I would like to walk with you on your journey and provide you a space where you feel supported and have someone that will listen in an empathetic, non-judgmental way. Together we can work on a better balance in all areas of your life.
My Background and Approach
I have close to ten years of experience working in the mental health field and provide individual counseling. I would love to walk with you on your journey and help you build a foundation, and create a sense of inner peace, and growth by using a variety of therapeutic modalities. My focus is on using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help treat your anxiety, depression, trauma and grief and provide you tools to move towards making positive changes in your life.
