About My Clients
Therapy can be a great place to process your lived experiences with someone who can help you to hold space for it all. Together, we’ll set goals, develop coping strategies, and work towards personal growth and healing. I use various therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. The focus is on your individual well-being and addressing the issues you bring to the sessions.
