I specialize in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, depression/ anxiety related to medical conditions: chronic pain, food allergies, cancer, body positivity, grief, life transitions, relationship & family issues. In my practice, I implement a blended approach of Cognitive Behavioral, Person Centered, and Solution Focused techniques among other modalities.
