About My Clients
My ideal client is someone who’s carried silent pain for years, showing up for everyone but feeling unseen themselves. They long for clarity, connection, and freedom from generational patterns. I come from a collectivist culture and understand how deeply family, identity, and community shape our inner world. I offer support in English, Arabic, or Hebrew, so you can feel seen in every language you speak.
My Background and Approach
I work with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, identity concerns, and life transitions through a trauma-informed, psychoanalytic, and attachment-based lens. I hold space for Arab/MENA clients, immigration stress, and generational trauma, always honoring your story within a multicultural framework.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. Growing up moving between the Middle East and the U.S., I often felt caught between two worlds — too Arab to be fully American, too American to be fully Arab. That experience shaped my passion for helping people feel like they belong, even when they don't fit neatly into one place or identity. I believe that mental health challenges are often responses to environments where we couldn't fully be ourselves — and that healing is possible through compassion, understanding, and connection. I value authenticity, community care, and honoring each person’s unique story. I actively support causes that promote mental health access, cultural sensitivity, and women's empowerment.
