About My Clients
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship stress, self-criticism, or patterns they can’t seem to change. Many struggle with people-pleasing, overthinking, or feeling responsible for everyone else while neglecting their own needs. I also work with people dealing with bulimia, binge eating, and emotional eating. Together, we work toward understanding these patterns, building a healthier relationship with yourself, and finding more balance and satisfaction in your life.
My Background and Approach
I have more than 20 years of experience helping adults navigate emotional and relationship challenges. I hold a master’s degree in counseling psychology and have a background in human services and psychology. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself while we explore what is troubling you and identify ways to move forward. I help clients understand the roots of their struggles, recognize patterns that may be holding them back, and develop new ways of thinking and responding. My goal is to help you feel less overwhelmed, become kinder to yourself, improve your relationships, and make changes that last.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in treating ourselves and others with compassion, honesty, and respect. I value personal growth and believe we can continue to learn about ourselves and make changes throughout our lives. I also believe we are often much harder on ourselves than we need to be. In my therapy work, I encourage people to approach themselves with greater understanding and less judgment. I value curiosity, meaningful connections, and finding joy in everyday life.
