My Background and Approach
Psychotherapy is a collaborative experiment. I meet my clients where they are at and together we devise a solution that works for you. I utilize evidence-based interventions such as CBT, ACT, and mindfulness in my work with clients, but my primary orientation is to feedback informed treatment. I consistently check in with my clients and ask them to provide feedback as to how our work is going. If we’re not seeing the results we hoped for, we change course. I believe in whole-body, whole-person care and that counseling is just one piece of the path towards wellness. I strive to create a safe place for us to collaborate on the goals that are most important to you. I will meet you where you’re at and walk with you towards where you want to be!
