About My Clients
Have you been feeling down, overwhelmed, emotional and don't know why? As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I specialize in treating Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Bipolar Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, trauma and PTSD, and Schizophrenia and related disorders. Have you been asked to receive an evaluation by the courts or probation services? I work with the adult population and I specialize in those with criminal Justice involvement. I also work in EAP services.
My Background and Approach
My background approach is simple yet integrative. I am solution-focused and person-centered. I provide you with the tools that you need to succeed in all areas of life., rather that is managing emotions and anxiety and learning to minimize the affects of each on your success. I have attended continuation trainings and I am licensed at the highest level in my career.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone suffers from something but it should not determine our success and outlook on life. I do not discriminate nor judge. I offer a warm and welcoming environment . As a licensed counselor, I too have suffered from social anxiety. Through my own therapy, I have learned how to manage my anxiety to be able to help others as one of my career goals.
