About My Clients
I support people who experienced trauma, deal with their own substance use or the use by a loved one. I work with intimate partners to attend and reignite their passion and desire. We get hurt in relationships, relationships are where we can heal too - I facilitate process group where we explore the roles we take, obtain feedback about the emotional impact on others, and experiment with new ways of being and relating.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with people and families who struggle with the consequences of substance use, and life-long traumas. These can show as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship challenges, addictions, and adjustment to life changes and more. The therapeutic work I do integrates various evidence based practices. We meet where you are at in your journey, and work collaboratively towards your goals. Together, we will explore what works, try tools and skills to evaluate what is effective for you.
