My Background and Approach
I am a licensed mental health counselor with a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have worked with individuals. couples and families since 2004. I am trained in Parent Child Interaction Therapy, and Functional Family Therapy. I utilize mainly a cognitive behavioral approach in my work but I am also eclectic and frequently use Emotionally Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Brief Therapy techniques, among others.
