About My Clients
I work with motivated clients that need that push to say "No", that need help navigating through their relationships, are feeling stuck, or that are just trying to deal with life's challenges.
My Background and Approach
You are the expert of you! I work from a person centered approach meaning, I go where you lead us. In my therapeutic practice, I also incorporate other approaches such as mindfulness therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and existential therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I received my Bachelors of Science in Psychology and my Masters of Education in Counselor Education with a concretion in Clinical Mental Health Counselor from Georgia Southern University. I have experience working in a variety of settings including schools, community health, and on the university level.
