Cindy offers professional therapy with real results, but her style is easy and approachable. You won't find heavy clinical jargon here. Cindy's approach is casual, direct, and designed to put you at ease. You'll probably find her barefoot, drinking Diet Coke, and swearing in session, so feel free to do the same. Her therapeutic style is positive and encouraging—she'll sing your praises, call out your choices, and tell you to stop talking badly about yourself. Growth does not require a cold clinical setting. It comes from vulnerable, honest discussions and a willingness to make changes.
