About My Clients
My approach is collaborative—you’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m here to support you on the journey. As a therapist, I provide practical tools you can use both in our sessions and in daily life. These may include grounding exercises, communication strategies, or techniques for reframing difficult thoughts. We work together to discover what feels most helpful, adjusting along the way so each tool fits naturally and supports your goals. Ultimately, my aim is to help you build a dependable toolkit
My Background and Approach
I completed my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Providence in 2020, building on earlier studies that include a Master’s in Human Administrative Service from the University of Great Falls and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Boise State University. I first entered the mental health field as a psycho-rehabilitation specialist and case manager, roles that allowed me to walk alongside people as they worked toward stability and growth. Over time, I felt called to return to school so I could support clients more fully—helping not only with their basic needs but also with the emotional care that fosters deeper healing and well-being.
