About My Clients
I enjoy working with teens and adults in helping them understand how their issues are affecting their daily functioning and developing positive coping skills to help manage such obstacles. My specialties include sexual abuse, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, trauma, and working with the LGBTQ+ community.
My Background and Approach
I received my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I have worked for years providing safe and welcoming spaces for those who seek it. During our sessions, I will meet you where you are and we will work together through your journey to become the best version of yourself. My main therapeutic approaches to working with clients is through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and client-centered therapy, but I also embrace other approaches I feel would be helpful since everyone is different & unique.

I have a good understand of the effects of intersectionality, marginalization, and lived experiences shape an individual’s identity.
