About My Clients
You may look like still water; steady, capable, holding it together. But beneath the surface, anxiety, self-doubt, and old attachment patterns quietly move. Sometimes stillness is survival. In our work, we gently help the water flow again by understanding protective parts, healing emotional wounds, and creating safer, more authentic relationships with yourself and others.
My Background and Approach
My work is grounded in emotion-focused, attachment-based, and psychodynamic therapy, with integration of Internal Family Systems (IFS). I have advanced training in experiential and relational approaches that help clients move beyond surface-level coping and into meaningful emotional change. My experience working with anxiety, relationship distress, identity struggles, and shame allows me to recognize the deeper patterns that keep clients feeling stuck. Rather than focusing only on symptom reduction, I help clients understand the emotional and relational roots of their distress. By exploring attachment histories, protective parts, and unconscious patterns, clients gain clarity, emotional regulation, and stronger, more secure relationships. My approach is warm, structured, and insight-oriented. Offering both depth and direction so clients leave with greater self-trust and lasting change.
