About My Clients

Mentally exhausted, feeling stuck, and ready to stop avoiding? If you're having difficulty being social, coping with daily responsibilities, or being yourself, I'd love to support you in your journey! I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to hear and explore your needs, process challenges, and nurture your growth. I'm here to challenge you and hold you accountable when you need it most, while empathizing with you every step of the way. Together, we will uncover strengths & break old patterns!

My Background and Approach

My approach is personalized and grounded in each client’s unique experiences, needs, and goals. My clinical experience includes working with children and teens (5+), adults, couples, and families utilizing various evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, ACT, Exposure Therapy, and Narrative therapy that we will adapt to your specific needs. The foundation of my clinical work is empathetic, mindful, client-driven, and results-driven. This means our work will focus on reaching a real reduction in your symptoms by targeting the root of your challenges. Growth never feels good during the process, but the outcome will be worth it! In our sessions, we will prioritize what matters most to you, develop your coping skills toolbox with evidence-based methods, address concerns along the way, and build the life you want to live.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am passionate about mental health and helping others understand how our childhood experiences show up and impact our adult lives and relationships. I believe that change is always possible if you are open to it BUT it is HARD. I believe that validation and normalization of our experiences go a long way. I've dedicated my time and energy to improving my knowledge of suicide prevention and crisis support to be able to supporting the communities around me through Community Mental Health. I value self-expression, honesty, inclusivity, and individuality. Through education and my therapeutic journey, I've developed the tools to manage anxious and depressed emotions, OCD tendencies, the ability to empathize without taking on all of the others' emotions/problems and making it my own, and the value of self-growth. I also value dogs but support cat lovers (: pizza, music, medical shows, and comedy. I would love to connect and see how I can support you in your journey!
