My Background and Approach
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist that has experience in navigating trauma, couples issues, religious trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, Depression, Anxiety, and transition issues. I have a mindful approach to therapy that focuses on the mind-body connection and how impactful it can be to grounding, processing, and resilience. I am trained in EMDR and utilize this powerful modality in processing through past trauma to decrease disturbance levels in pursuit of healthy function and reclaiming your life.
