About My Clients
I work well with neurodivergent adults (Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD), LGBTQIA+ folks, consensual non-monogamy relationships, and those navigating recovery from religious trauma or high-control systems. If you struggle with executive dysfunction, burnout, or rigid live appointment pressure, my asynchronous model meets your nervous system on your own schedule. There is no expectation to mask or perform your healing live on the clock.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT). True, lasting healing rarely happens by just talking intellectually—it requires honoring your relationship with your body. My practice is grounded in an experiential, attachment-based depth approach certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and trained in AEDP, IFS principles, EMDR, and somatic mindfulness. We trade secure video reflections and journal entries on your own schedule. This asynchronous space allows you to process without pressure, while receiving comprehensive weekly clinician video syntheses and tailored somatic practices designed to create corrective emotional experiences in your daily life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My clinical work is grounded in social justice, anti-oppressive systems, and collective liberation. I am a member and former officer of my local Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) chapter, and I actively work to disrupt the medical industrial complex by offering an equity-based Community Care model with subsidized sliding-scale spots (subject to availability). Personally, I find deep meaning in Buddhist philosophy and mindfulness, which informs my gentle, non-judgmental, and compassion-centered therapeutic stance. I believe in radical belonging: honoring your whole identity, bodily autonomy, and lived experience without forcing your brain or nervous system into a neurotypical, cisheteronormative mold.
