I work with people who feel things deeply and often carry more than they show. You might be overwhelmed by strong emotions, past experiences, or a constant sense of heaviness or disconnection. Maybe you’re highly aware of your inner world but still feel stuck—like something inside you is keeping you from moving forward in the way you want. You don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore your experiences at a safe pace.
My Background and Approach
Together, we’ll look at what you’re feeling now, what’s shaped you, and gently work through what’s getting in the way of feeling more grounded and whole. I use approaches like mindfulness, body awareness, IFS, and EMDR—methods that help deeply sensitive people process and make sense of intense emotional experiences. These tools allow us to work with what’s beneath the surface, not just manage symptoms, but help you connect more fully with yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
There’s nothing 'wrong' with you because you’re struggling. One of the most common thoughts people have in pain is, “What’s wrong with me?” But in my experience, there’s always a reason behind the struggle—something that makes sense once it’s understood. And that understanding can be both comforting and a powerful step toward healing. This is a core belief in my work, one I’ve seen hold true time and time again.
