About My Clients
I am dedicated to helping women with various issues they face including; postpartum depression and anxiety, transitioning to motherhood and relationship stressors. I have specialized training to aid in substance abuse recovery. I feel there is a strong need to also help families struggling to understand their loved one’s battle with addiction.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), MRT (Moral Reconation Therapy), Seeking Safety and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I am able to conduct court ordered assessments for drug and alcohol/mental health issues and can work with you individually if the assessment recommends treatment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a strong belief in the power of positive and strong roots in Eastern culture. I am a strong ally with the LGBTQ+ community as well as working closely with Asian American groups. I'm deeply invested in the BLM movement. I also mostly work with women and women's issues.
