About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples who are ready for change but aren’t always sure where to start. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, stress, or major life transitions. Some are working to heal old wounds that still impact their day-to-day lives, while others are focused on building stronger communication, deeper connections, and a greater sense of self-worth.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe that therapy should feel like a conversation — one where you feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. I draw from a variety of evidence-based methods to meet each client where they are, with a strong foundation in the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy. I have completed Gottman Method training Level 1 and Level 2 . I also incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness practices to help clients build insight, resilience, and practical skills they can carry into their daily lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens when we feel truly seen and supported. I don’t think you have to be “broken” to need help — I think therapy is about growth, connection, and creating a life that feels more like your own. I believe in meeting people where they are, honoring their stories, and working together to uncover new possibilities. Change doesn’t have to be overwhelming — sometimes the smallest shifts lead to the biggest transformations.
