About My Clients
Many of my clients are adolescents and adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or stuck in difficult life transitions. Some are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, burnout, or trying to balance work, family, and personal responsibilities. My clients are often looking for a supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and learn practical coping skills to improve daily functioning and emotional well-being.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides a supportive, nonjudgmental, and collaborative therapy environment. My approach is strength-based and focused on helping clients feel empowered while developing healthier coping strategies and emotional awareness. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals. I believe therapy should feel like a safe and supportive space where clients can process emotions openly while building tools for long-term growth and healing. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma-related concerns, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to help clients feel supported, understood, and more confident navigating life’s challenges.”
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and free from judgment. I value authenticity, compassion, and creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I believe seeking help is a sign of strength, and my goal is to help clients build resilience, confidence, and healthier coping skills while feeling supported throughout their healing journey.
