It’s not easy to feel connected—to your body, emotions, or the people you love—especially after painful or overwhelming experiences. Trauma, stress, or sexual shame can leave you feeling shut down or unsure how to trust. In therapy, we’ll move at your pace using trauma-informed, body-based approaches to help you feel safe, rebuild trust, and reconnect with pleasure and intimacy.
My Background and Approach
I provide trauma and sex therapy for women, men, LGBTQ+ clients, and people in non-monogamous relationships or kink dynamics. Using EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, NARM, and mindfulness, I help clients move through trauma, feel safer in their bodies, and rebuild trust, intimacy, and desire.

Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about reconnecting with your body, your desires, and the relationships that matter most. I offer an affirming space to explore, feel, and grow, supporting you as you build trust, connection, and a fuller sense of autonomy and self.
