I value assisting my clients in exploring how their memories impact their ability to deepen their connections to friends, family, society, and, most importantly, themselves. My hope for you as a client is that you will feel validated in being your authentic self in all areas of your life and gain coping strategies that encourage self-reliance and taking steps toward embracing your truth. I take an integrated approach to exploring traumas, creative blocks, anxiety, depression, and loss of purpose due to life transitions. Working with me, I will encourage you to connect to your higher self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves to feel safe in their life. As someone of mixed race, it has been a life journey of finding my sweet spot in my work and exploring my experiences and cultural identities to unfold who I am at my core! I enjoy the arts and assisting those with disabilities by volunteering and, hopefully, learning Spanish in my free time to help others whose primary language isn't English. Most importantly, I value nature and the environment, identify ways to be more sustainable, and encourage others around me to do the same in a way that makes them feel empowered.
