About My Clients
You may look “together” on the outside, while feeling unseen, exhausted, or alone. Perhaps you’re navigating change, grief, or the weight of systems that never made room for you. You may have spent years being the strong one, over-functioning, silencing yourself, or shutting down to feel safe. I offer a steady, attuned space where you don’t have to perform. Together, we’ll explore anxiety, shame, grief, trauma, life transitions, and attachment wounds so you can feel seen, held, and whole.
My Background and Approach
My style is person-centered, psychodynamic, experiential, and somatic. My practice integrates Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, the Gottman Method, mindfulness, restorative justice, somatic abolitionism, and Hatha yoga. We'll explore changing the way you feel rather than solely the way you think. I bring a trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens to every session and center the therapeutic relationship as an access point for restoring wholeness, honoring each client’s complex identity and inherent capacity for resilience and creative problem solving.
