My clients are women trying to conceive or those navigating life with littles. If you’re reclaiming your identity or needing help on the journey of family - I’m here to help you find ways to so healthy and with less stress.
My Background and Approach
I use a self compassion lens to work through trauma with EMDR, negative or irrational beliefs that get in the way with Cbt, and attachment based therapy to learn how are connections impact our mothering and relationships.
