About My Clients
I work best with adults seeking to understand their inner world, your emotions, patterns, and protective parts, and who feel ready for meaningful healing. My ideal clients include women healing trauma and attachment wounds, people with anxious or avoidant patterns, and anyone longing for clarity, balance, and deeper self-connection. If you want therapy that blends insight with practical, nervous-system-based tools, we’ll be a strong fit.
My Background and Approach
I’m an LMSW with a clinical focus on trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, and depression. I’m currently completing an IFS-Informed certification course through the IFS Institute, which allows me to integrate parts work in a grounded and accessible way. I also draw from CBT, attachment-based therapy, and polyvagal-informed nervous system work. My experience in crisis residential work and outpatient counseling helps me support clients through both intense emotional states and long-term healing. Everything I use in therapy, whether it’s IFS-informed parts work, cognitive tools, or nervous system regulation, is aimed at helping you understand yourself more deeply, break old patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing begins with understanding yourself...your patterns, your emotions, and the parts of you that learned how to survive. My work is shaped by a deep respect for people’s lived experiences, especially those who grew up in chaotic or emotionally neglectful environments. I value compassion, authenticity, and self-awareness, and I try to bring those qualities into every session. I’m a strong advocate for mental health accessibility, trauma-informed care, and helping women rebuild self-trust and confidence after years of putting others first. I’m spiritually open and curious, and I welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and belief systems. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, grounded, and supported as you explore who you are and who you’re becoming.
