I love working with teenagers! I use CBT to help connect our thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
For children, I use an evidenced based manual called Coping Cat to help treat anxiety. For teens and young adults, I use other evidenced based CBT, exposure, and mindfulness techniques to reduce anxiety.
I have taken several courses on mindfulness based therapy.
I have taken several courses through Duke University on CBT therapies.
