About My Clients
Are you an individual who feels like you are functioning on the outside, working, parenting, handling responsibilities, but feel emotionally drained, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in survival mode. Many are managing stress, anxiety, relationship distress, or identity concerns while balancing outside pressure, co-parenting, or limited support systems.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) in the state of Texas with a strong foundation in clinical mental health counseling, case management, and trauma-informed care. My work is guided by compassion, cultural humility, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, behavioral concerns, and relationship challenges. I also have a background supporting at-risk youth, individuals involved with court or school systems, and clients experiencing crisis or high-stress environments. This allows me to meet clients where they are, reduce feelings of shame or overwhelm, and create a space that feels safe, supportive, and non-judgmental. My clinical approach is collaborative and strengths-based. I integrate evidence-based modalities while remaining flexible and person-centered, helping clients build insight & emotional regulation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the core of who I am is a deep belief in human dignity, compassion, and accountability. I believe every person deserves to be heard without shame, labeled without understanding, or reduced to their worst moment. My work is rooted in the idea that healing happens in safe, non-judgmental spaces where people feel emotionally secure enough to tell the truth about their lives.
