About My Clients
My clients tend to be people who want to be see for who they are, not as problems or broken even if they feel that way. As humans on this journey of life, we all experience obstacle and "growth edges." This is what make us and our journey special and worth living. At times these obstacles can be overwhelming or too much to handle, which is where I can help Client's have shared that through working with me they see clarity in who they are and who they want to become.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in connecting with clients on a deeper level allowing them to see their struggles as obstacles they can overcome. Learning to respond differently to adversity transforms our ability to change our current struggle to the life we want to live. Enhancing our ability to heal and take back control of our lives. As a therapist I enjoy helping people connect with themselves to see their problems from a different perspective. I use an eclectic approach of evidence based practices to help cater a formula specific for each individual client I work with. Together we find a way to work through barriers and obstacles to get to the end goal in a way that feels empowering.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the ability to make change in their life and heal past and present emotional wounds. I integrate the mind-body connection to help heal these wounds. I create an environment that is non judgmental, safe, and full of unconditional love and acceptance for all situations people are experiencing in this lifetime. I utilize energy work to help increase the vibrational level of those in my space to allow them to rise above their feelings and emotions and see themselves from a new perspective. I am a trained in Dolphin Energy Healings. In addition I believe education and empowerment are some of the most powerful resources I can help share with society. I have taught over 30 youth and adult mental health first aid classes, presented on suicide prevention and working with personality disorders, and give back to the community by coaching and leading clinics to help coaches more effectively support players.
