I am committed to helping individuals and couples achieve balance and fulfillment in their lives and relationships. I am dedicated to guiding teens, adults and couples through growth and healing. I strive to meet my clients where they are by holding a safe space and creating an environment of trust, empathy, non-judgement and authenticity. My therapeutic approach is individualized for each client(s) and incorporates elements of collaboration, cognitive behavioral, trauma-informed, solution-focused, client-centered and mindfulness techniques.
