About My Clients
I can help navigate you through depression and anxiety concerns. We can also work through any traumatic experiences you may be holding onto whether it is something that happened long ago or just happened recently. I can also help process feelings of moving through the world as a BIPOC individual in such a scary and tense climate. I also assist couples struggling to find healthier ways to communicate, reconnect and even consciously uncouple and peacefully co-parent if they decide to part ways.
My Background and Approach
I personally believe that we are so much more than the problems in our lives. We are thinking, feeling human beings and that gives us a front-row seat to the human experience. Simply put, this means that we all strive to do the best we can, but sometimes unhealthy patterns or behaviors get in the way and leave us feeling lost, confused, stuck, and wondering how to get it right. If this is you, I can help. I offer a warm, welcoming, safe space for you to bring any thoughts, feelings, or problems that are preventing you from being your best. Since everyone has their own unique story, I approach therapy with a blended style, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, which allow me to flexibly work with each client based on individual needs and goals. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am all-inclusive and believe love is love, Black Lives do matter indeed, and everyone has the right to be happy and healthy in the way that matters most to them. My passion is making sure everyone has good mental health so we can pass it on. Individuals with good mental health take it back to their families, who take it back to their communities. We often have mental health struggles because we are either not aware of our truth, or not allowed to live it. It is my mission to make sure every person I work with finds their truth and lives it out loud and in color! Truth and authenticity are where peace truly resides.
