About My Clients
Crystal specializes in the following areas: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, mindfulness and stress management. Her individualized approach to care allows Crystal to identify her client’s unique needs and implement a range of treatment modalities. She is trained in motivational interviewing, complex trauma, EMDR, self-regulation and competency (ARC) trauma model
My Background and Approach
She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from The University of Phoenix in 2012. Crystal has extensive experience providing individual counseling services to children, adolescents and adults as well as facilitating family therapy. She enjoys helping clients through life transitions and supporting them in finding ways to build in self-empowerment and personal growth.
