About My Clients
I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, stress, and emotional overwhelm. I also work with couples who want to improve communication, rebuild connection, or navigate difficult seasons together. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported while developing practical tools for lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals and couples through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, and somatic approaches, tailoring treatment to your needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard and respected. Together, we will work to understand what is happening beneath the surface, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful change. My goal is not simply to help you get through a difficult moment, but to help you build greater understanding, confidence, resilience, and connection.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people deserve to be treated with compassion, dignity, honesty, and respect. I value authenticity and believe meaningful growth often begins when we feel safe enough to be honest about what we are experiencing. I appreciate the complexity of people and the many experiences that shape who we become. Outside of therapy, I value time with family, meaningful relationships, continued learning, and finding moments of joy and perspective in everyday life. I believe that asking for help is not a sign of weakness—it can be an important step toward creating a life that feels more connected, manageable, and meaningful.
