About My Clients
I help adults struggling with various issues such as anxiety, panic, addiction, trauma, women’s issues, relationships, family issues, autism, and those folks who just have an overall sense of not feeling well.
My Background and Approach
Living with autism as an adult presents unique challenges that many therapists may not fully understand. As a mother of two neurodivergent children and a specialist in adult autism, I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to our work together. The daily experiences of sensory processing, social navigation, and anxiety management are real, and they deserve attention from someone who truly gets it. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, trauma, or addiction, I offer a space where your neurodivergent experience is not just acknowledged, but celebrated.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Autism Spectrum Disorder is near and dear to my heart. I have children on the spectrum, one who was diagnosed with Asperger's 20 years ago (when that term was a thing) and one who has severe support needs. I recently gained ASDCS certification (Certified Autism Disorder Clinical Specialist). I have been a professional counselor for 10 years. Though I may be newer to the clinical piece of ASD, I have extensive experience in my family life. My goal is to provide counseling and support services in a significantly needed area. At this time, I only provide telehealth services.
