About My Clients
I work with adults navigating betrayal trauma, infidelity, divorce, and identity loss, especially those feeling disoriented, hypervigilant, or unsure they can trust their own perception. My ideal clients are ready to process what happened without rushing toward forgiveness or a decision about their relationship. Many appear high-functioning while quietly overwhelmed underneath. I offer virtual therapy across Texas, including Frisco, for adults seeking clarity and a renewed sense of self.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in betrayal trauma, infidelity, divorce, anxiety, and identity loss, working from a warm, practical, emotionally attuned approach. My training blends evidence-based methods with relational, nervous-system-informed work, drawing on CBT, DBT, attachment-focused approaches, insight-oriented exploration, and principles from Gottman and EFT, whichever fits where you are. For you, this means therapy that isn't one-size-fits-all. If racing thoughts or hypervigilance follow betrayal, we calm your nervous system first. If you've lost trust in your own perception, we rebuild it gradually, without rushing forgiveness or a decision. If perfectionism or old attachment wounds keep surfacing, we get curious about those patterns together. I aim for therapy that feels grounding and human: supportive without being overly clinical, structured enough that you're never lost. My goal is for you to leave not just understanding what happened, but feeling steadier and more connected to yourself.
