From the time we are conceived, we are all enrolled in the process of change. From the mother figure who experiences our growth, to the father figure that begins to plan for unexpected challenges, to the unborn child whose environment expands with them. This is just the start of the journey with the possibilities of added siblings, geographical moves, physical changes, identity crisis, leaving the nest, creating our own nuclear families, grief/loss, growing old, and passing down our legacies.

Growth is an individualized process specific to the person who believes it must occur. No one can tell you anything you already don't know within yourself. Sometimes to grow we must get quiet and listen to our inner voice, but until we know what we are seeking, we all look for external influences or crowdsource our ideas. We may want an answer, but we all just prefer validation of ourselves to be capable of this change.

Substance use and behavioral patterns are only a symptom of the core issue. Each of us has a level of an 'addictive personality' but some of us are not outwardly exposed by ours. Through compassion, respect, and understanding, we all can overcome our internal challenges to move towards the person we envisioned.

I work with couples in all challenges from before official commitment, in preparation for the big day, adding children, opening the relationship, separation/divorce, blending families, and coparenting.

Families come in all shapes and sizes.

Consensual non-monogamy has become more widely accepted and practiced over the last few decades. Many question whether this is an orientation or a lifestyle choice, and through my work, I have found both to be true. Within our work together, we will evaluate the stories/messages you have either directly or indirectly received in your lifetime, so the type of relationship you desire can be achieved.
