About My Clients
I enjoy working with a large range of individuals, from preteens to adults as well as individuals that struggle in relationship with others or have been on the receiving end of chaotic ones. I also work with individuals struggling with codependency, insecurity, spiritual issues, life transitions, and the LGBTQ populations, all while developing new perspectives that help us be the selves we envision.
My Background and Approach
As your therapist, I hope to come along side of you on your journey towards self compassion and understanding, despite the struggle you may have experienced or are currently experiencing. I have work experience in Inpatient hospital settings, residential treatment settings, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and community mental health settings. I take a depth oriented, and dynamic approach to therapy while also incorporating tangible skills and frames of reference for interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance when needed.
