My Background and Approach
Our specialty is trauma recovery, especially for sexual abuse, for both women, teens and children. We use various forms of therapy including: Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, Reconsolidation of Trauma Recovery (RTM) and expressive arts therapy techniques.
