While sometimes it is difficult to understand your own needs, as a therapist I can help assist others to help, maintain self care, learn how to gain better understanding and communicate needs and feelings, and to help you address barriers to healthy relationships and accomplishing personal goals.
My Background and Approach
As a therapist I have over 10 years of experience in helping adults identify their own needs and collaborate to help them recognize how to improve upon barriers. My primary interest is in helping individuals gain insight into their self worth in order to better manage life and mental health barriers. In therapy with me clients learn how to adjust negative thinking, improve self care, adjust self esteem and adjust your ability to believe in yourself. Sure therapy can be scary and even stigmatized but with the right collaboration it can be a godsend. Let me help you on your journey, let me help you adjust your crown.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that participating in counseling requires openness to change. As a therapist I have learned the most difficult part for many, is learning how to accept that change can be difficulty but that it neccessary. I believe with this understanding any problem can become a learning opportunity and a gateway to a happier and more fulfilled life.
