About My Clients
My experience ranges across a wide array of populations, and I am always adapting to the needs of my clients. I am a first generation, cisgender Latinx woman who identifies with the pronouns she/her/ella. I aim to continually expand on my awareness of how my own race/ethnicity and gender identity could inform my perspective and approach, and I am committed to having conversations about how these factors can impact my work with clients.
My Background and Approach
Are you always a little bit afraid that an anxiety attack is waiting around the corner? Have you been hit with surprise anxiety more times than you can count? I know exactly what you're feeling: the pounding chest, the shortness of breath, feeling that the walls are caving in around you, and feeling in need of an escape. Anxiety attacks can be terrifying, and I don't want you to suffer from them any longer. Holistic practices can significantly reduce anxiety symptoms, and can allow you to focus on the present moment. I look forward to teaching you tools to free you from your anxiety.
